Brad Toft is a Pacific Northwest native who started in the banking industry in 1991. Since then he has lead teams for Fortune 500 firms like Wells Fargo and been a small business owner, both in the residential mortgage segment. He has closed over $1.5BN in residential and new construction loans in his career. Today he is the Regional Director for Graystone Mortgage, LLC in Washington State. Brad is responsible for taking care of client needs and leading the team of experienced originators and operational support at the branch.
Brad is well-known for his ability to communicate complex scenarios in simple terms, he is an expert in financing new construction, jumbo loans and self-employed borrowers. He is recognized for his knowledge of the industry and is a contributing writer on LinkedIn's Pulse News section, and the Washington Banker Association’s magazine Issues and Answers. Brad has been a frequent guest on Northwest Real Estate Connections on Wall Street Radio AM 1300. Brad's writing has also been featured on Patch.com and the Seattle Times.
Brad Toft's service in the community includes being President Emeritus of the Snoqualmie Valley Rotary Club, a former board member on the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for the Old Bellevue Merchant’s Association, and a former board member of Habitat for Humanity of King County. For the 2013-2014 term, Brad Toft was elected Chairman of the Washington State Taxpayer’s Association. In January of 2016 Brad will began serving on the Snoqualmie City Council where he chairs the council's Community Development Committee.
Brad has resided in Snoqualmie for 15 years with his wife Jill, and their children Wil, Lauren and Ollie. In his spare time he enjoys reading and is the Voice of the Wildcats for Mount Si High School athletics. He is an avid skier.
